At Solace Bands, we focus on premium design and durable, long-lasting materials. Solace guarantees that products are protected against defects in materials and manufacturing during normal use for the life of the product. Our Lifetime Warranty applies to items currently in production and sold by our brand beginning on 8/9/23.
What does the Warranty not cover?
This warranty does not include cosmetic wear, damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, impact, improper product use or storage, unauthorized alterations, or repairs. Products not purchased from Solacebands.com or an authorized Solace Bands reseller are not eligible for warranty coverage. If an item is discontinued, the Lifetime Warranty will stop applying from the discontinuation date.
Although we stand behind the quality of every product we make, we cannot provide a Lifetime Warranty for discontinued products because replacement parts or suitable substitutes may be difficult to source.
How can I file a Warranty Claim?
Customers must send a photo or video of the defective band for review by email to solacebandssmart@gmail.com. Please place the order number in the email subject line. If approved, the customer will receive a free replacement band. To receive the replacement, the customer must pay the shipping and handling cost.
