Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase is not exactly what you expected, our support team is ready to help you find the best next step. Most products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, with a small processing fee applied. Refunds go back to your original payment method or can be issued as store credit.
Kind reminder: Mystery Loops are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.We want every experience to feel easy, comfortable, and right — because you should not settle for less.
How to Start a Return
1. Find your order information
Check your package or confirmation email for your six (6) digit order number, and keep the zip code and email used at checkout ready.
2. Begin your return
Visit our returns portal: /pages/returns-and-exchanges
then follow the simple prompts to get everything set up.
3. Ship it back
Use the prepaid shipping label to send your item(s) back in their original packaging. Need another label? You can reprint one through the portal.
4. We’ll send updates
You’ll get email updates while your return is being processed. Most online returns are completed within 1–2 business days after they reach our warehouse. Returns sent with the in-box form may take 10–14 days.
